At Spaghett, dinner is offered as a four course prix fixe menu, $70 per person, inspired by the classic Italian format of Primi, Pasta, Entrata, and Dolci. Guests select from thoughtfully composed options within each course, allowing for choice while preserving the integrity and flow of the experience.
This structure allows our kitchen to cook with intention, seasonality, and balance, guiding guests through a progression of flavors that reflects both Italian tradition and our Carolinian sense of place.
We work closely with local farmers, ranchers, millers, and artisans, sourcing ingredients at their peak and allowing what is freshest to shape the menu. Because of this, our offerings evolve frequently, often changing week to week, and sometimes day to day, in response to harvests, availability, and inspiration from our culinary team.
In addition to our Supper prix fixe experience, a curated selection of à la carte dishes is available at the bar, designed for a more relaxed visit or to complement the full menu.
Our approach is rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and care, creating a dining experience that feels refined and warmly at home in our historic space.
A prix fixe menu is a multi-course dining experience offered at a set price. At Spaghett, our dining room service consists of a four-course prix fixe menu with multiple options to choose from under each course. This format allows our kitchen to focus on seasonality, thoughtful pacing, and the best ingredients available from the local farms and producers we work with.
Yes. While the dining room experience is offered exclusively as a four-course prix fixe menu, our full menu is available Alla Carta at the bar and on the patio when it is open. Both spaces operate on a first come, first served basis and offer a more relaxed way to enjoy the menu.
Reservations in our dining rooms are limited to two hours from your reservation time. Spaghett is located in a historic home with only 13 tables, so this structure allows us to thoughtfully pace service while also accommodating other guests throughout the evening.
Our menu changes frequently because we source heavily from local farms and producers. Availability can shift week to week, and sometimes even day to day, depending on what is at its peak. For that reason we do not maintain a fixed menu online, but we do provide a sample menu on our website to give guests an idea of the style and structure of the experience.
Spaghett is located in a residential neighborhood, so parking can occasionally be challenging. We recommend starting on Poplar Street, where two-hour street parking is typically available. Please adhere to all signage. Rideshare services are also a convenient option if you would prefer not to search for parking.
Because we are a small restaurant with limited seating, last-minute cancellations or modifications can have a significant impact on our ability to serve other guests. We staff our team, source ingredients, and prepare each evening’s service based on reservations. The $25 fee helps offset the impact of cancellations or modifications made within our policy window and allows us to continue operating thoughtfully and sustainably as an intimate restaurant. You will only be charged if these happen within 24 hours of your reservation.
Reservations, private events, press, or a note to say hello — send us a line and we’ll be in touch.
